Senior Project

The senior project was to redesign the BB&T Building in downtown Raleigh. The space includes a whole floor of luxury apartments as well as a floor of various businesses. Our assignment was to space plan the two floors while following all residential and commercial code requirements, produce construction documents with necessary dimensions, prepare case studies for each space, make selections and produce a selections schedule, and make a final presentation. My concept for the building was an art nouveau style brought to the 21st century with fresh and current design trends and colors: "Live and dine where the old meets the nouveau!"

The 3D renderings include the kitchen and bathroom from one of the 3-bedroom luxury condos, the gift store, the sushi restaurant, the design firm, the condo floor amenity space, and a selection of  different mood boards.
