Service Description

We will discuss your design project to learn how you live and how you want your space to function and look, and work with your architect and/or builder to achieve your vision. We are able to draw construction documents and create 3D renders and mood boards as we explore different design options and ideas to settle on a solution, including space planning, colors, and different materials and selections for your space. We can do the ordering of all needed items and provide project management. This service begins with a prepaid consultation which acts as a mini-design session and opportunity for us to see the spaces, learn more about your hopes for how they will be transformed, and brainstorm some solutions to problem areas. The consultation is followed by a signed Agreement and Concept Design, including the development of mood boards and construction documents. Next comes the fun part, Concept Development! During this phase we will explore different finish selections and make final decisions. From here we move to the final stage, Implementation, where we get to see the design come to life! You can rest assured knowing we will pay attention to all the details and create a design that will be cohesive, creative, and reflect your personality.
